All items are measured flat after blocking, however, due to the nature of knitting, those measurements may change slightly when the item is used. This is normal for that kind of product and cannot be treated as a mistake in the description.

Items made to order cannot be returned and their purchase cannot be canceled.
However, since I want my customers to be happy with their purchases, if you have any questions about the yarn, color or delivery time, please contact me before placing the order, so we can both work out the details to your satisfaction.

To keep your shawls and scarves in good condition, follow the instructions on the labels.

In general all handknit items should be:
- hand washed in lukewarm water, with delicate (wool) detergent, and minimum agitation
- dried flat
- lace items might require blocking (pinning down while drying to return them to their proper shape)

DO NOT IRON items with acrylic fiber!

Your order will be shipped to the address provided in your payment confirmation, so please, make sure it's correct.

All packages are shipped via registered mail.

Items shipped withing the EU should be delivered within a week; deliveries to other countries usually take 2-3 weeks (please, note these are only estimates). Packages aren't considered lost for 6 weeks from the shipping date, however, if you don't receive your order within 2 weeks, please contact me, so I can investigate.

I accept returns of items that were ready to ship; the buyer should inform me (best via Etsy convo) they wish to return the item, and ship the item back within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the item. The returned item must be unused with the original tags attached to the address provided with order confirmation. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Once the item is returned, refund will be issued within 3 business days.

Items made to order are non-returnable, all sales of such items are final.

If your order includes an item that comes with free shipping, it will be shipped for free - the checkout may charge you, but if it happens, I will refund the shipping cost. Or you can contact me earlier for a free shipping coupon to use at the checkout.
